Carter's Small Town Daycare is a small business in Russiaville, IN. We are a small home daycare providing childcare for children of all ages.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include supervising activities, preparing meals, changing diapers, helping with homework, and providing emotional support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of all ages, be patient and understanding, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and implement daily activities to engage children in learning.
- Provide guidance and discipline in a positive manner.
- Ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding the progress of the children.
- Assist with meal preparation and clean-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
